Do we have the internet rights at least? I think it would be prudent to wait for the announcement that says "we have completed the deal with Mediabanx." We've seen several proposed acquisitions this year, yet none with ESVS (that I can recall at this early hour) have closed. They have a great record of getting their name in the news with announcements of great purchases. It's time for doing the same with some announcements of great closings. With the debt they appear to have already, you have to wonder how they propose to pay Mediabanx. What's next, "ESVS in deal to buy Microsoft"? Some would probably believe it. BF
