I am also thinking of when the small caps will recover. My thoughts are that the the money are only in the relatively few hot stocks for now, and it will probably stay that way. I do feel that there will be another big selloff in 1999, and my gut is saying that after that selloff/strong downtrend then the small caps will make a surge. Im not saying that we will break 7400, but we could see a 1000 point pullback in 1999.

This is still a momentum market, with the majority of the small caps still lagging.
