John, When is the IPO? People seem to be counting their chickens before they hatch. "Timing is everything." While I am not a market timer, the all time stratospheric heights on the Dow, possible Iraq bombing on the horizon, and general market euphoria, make me pose the question: if the market tanks, what happens to the IPO? CBS and IFN need the dough. Forget the road show. This IPO is offered across the broker spectrum, big time. The info is out. Mel's great. The value will be unlocked. Etc., etc. Let's go, is what I'm thinking. Have you seen hard data on the date of the offering? For many old timers, this company is always tomorrow , but never today: locked up value that doesn't translate into fair value at the share price. My feeling is: DO IT. Thanks for any info you can provide. Lawrence
