If the CEO thinks this stock is worth $15.00 it seems to me he would have been buying this stock like crazy at $9.00, $10.00 and $11.00 where it has lounged for over a month. Doesn't it makes sense that if a person likes a stock at $15.00 they would like it more at $10.00. How much has he bought lately? I tell you he is feeling out the market and I am convinced no other company wants it and neither does he. If you read comments made about this company several months ago, the Asian market was only suppose to represent about 12% of this companies business. No I suggest they have bigger problems than that. The earnings picture is not good. In fact their are two different nonrecurring (or suppose to be nonrecurring items) built into the reported earnings. So it is hard to tell what true earnings are, but they are not increasing that is for sure.

Anyway I put in an order yesterday morning to pick up 2000 shares at
$12.00 and never dreamed I had any chance of getting them. However I did. Now if it will go to $15.00 today I am out of it. I think that is more than fair value for this stock. And it appears that much of the investing public agrees, since it has not reached that price yet after trading 91,000 shares yesterday which is heavy for a stock with such low number of outstanding shares. I think as the excitement dies down about this offer and nothing else happens then this stock could return to $10.00 again.
