UncleWest: Isn't there a difference between the royalty on chipsets and the royalty on DRAM. The royalty rate range of 2.5% to 5% you mentioned probably applies only to chipsets. The royalty rate on DRAM should be significantly lower, given the much higher volumes. Please note that my estimates apply to revenues from DRAM royalties only.
