Immune Response says drug helps arthritis Reuters Story - November 24, 1998 08:25 CARLSBAD, Calif., Nov 24 (Reuters) - Immune Response Corp. said on Tuesday that its IR501 Therapeutic Vaccine was found to improve treatment of arthritis in patients receiving Incomplete Freund's Adjuvant (IFA), compared with patients receving IFA alone. The results from the Phase II trial appeal in a paper titled "T Cell Receptor Peptide Vaccination in Rheumatoid Arthritis: A Placebo-Controlled Trial Using a Combination of Vb3, Vb14, and Vb 17," which was published in the November 1998 issue of Arthritis & Rheumatism.
