Benny: Thanks for the great finds. Where did the CFO Alert article appear? All this helps me understand why the bankers are so slow-footed. Besides the fact that the culture of banking is by nature conservative, almost ANTI-enterpreneurial, the whole field of e-bill and billpay is becoming more crowded and full of confusing options. A year ago I thought banks would be pushed to deal with CKFR simply to hold onto their customers, and because the cost of re-inventing CKFR's capabilities in-house would be many times what CKFR is charging. But it's becoming clear that CKFR has to show banks how they can make money on this line of business. And I'm sure Pete is doing just that.
