NORTHBROOK, Ill., Nov. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Children's Beverage Group, Inc. (OTC/BB: TCBG) has announced that they have begun production on Wal-Mart's soon to be announced "Great Value Brand" 10% juice drink utilizing the Children's Beverage Group's patent-pending unique "rip it sip it(TM)" no-spill soft drink pouch container.

The Children's Beverage Group's President & CEO Jon Darmstadter said, "We are devoting two of our Volpak 240 manufacturing machines located at the Sweet Ripe, LTD. facilities in Ontario, Canada. This will insure timely delivery and excess capacity to service Wal-Mart's needs."

The Children's Beverage Group will begin shipping product to Wal-Mart beginning on December 20, 1998.

The Children's Beverage Group is a unique beverage company directed at the billion dollar plus children's beverage market.
