I think back then they talked in terms of a disk's radius, not diameter, so the 12.5" Zip was actually introduced sometiem in the 70's, had a capacity of 5 MB, and was called an RL02 (maybe the RL01 was the same size, I don't remember these so well, does anybody else?).
