How does Triby's Strep A test differ from others on the market? I remember getting a "rapid" test for strep in my doctor's office over 20 years ago. I don't remember every detail, but they swabbed my throat and the results were ready in 10 or 15 minutes. Now outside the US might be a different story. We lived in Argentina in 1994 and my son was very sick. They did a strep test and said come back two days later for the results. (he wasn't sick anymore by then!) But I don't know what they have outside the US now. So how does Triby's test exceed the current state of the art?
