I've been involved in an ongoing selection process for an SFA system. Aurum made our short-list versus Seibel for a number of considerations including: cost/seat, internal product support, method of remote synchronization and better/cleaner user interface. In addition, an industry watchdog organization concurred that Aurum was a better fit for our needs.

Though strengths and weaknesses are usually prospect-specific for a software vendor such as Aurum, such things as the product being built in SQLWindows, usage of SQLBase for remote users and recent influx of lower-priced competitors (majority only run on MicroSoft's SQLServer) are generally considered weaknesses.
