With regards to BTIM competition - I researched this awhile back; there were lots of companies (all of them bigger than BTIM) in the blood substitute field. I don't recall being struck that any of them looked like an odds-on bet to be a big winner. Someone probably will, of course, but I don't know how to handicap those horses! I don't follow GENE or SQNA, but I can't find anything not to like about them, except that it will be a long time before either has products to bring to market, as best I can tell. With that in mind, I'd prefer to buy them at their lows, which both have escaped from temporarily, at least. But I think Michael Burke's opinion is worth more than mine in this regard. Apologies to the GLFD faithful; sorry to use your thread this way, but until GLFD has some news for us to talk about, maybe it's worth researching the other companies we might invest in with the profits we're going to make off GLFD -g- !
