I see someone pulled Chatty Cathy's string again. also at next hearing andy mann must show cause why this stock held hostage @ dtc should not be returned. As noted previously, Andy Mann is not responsible for explaining decisions made by the DTC. he can not come into this country without great risk & he has no lawyer. Oh rubbish. He's not a fugitive. And what's to stop him hiring a lawyer? how can he show cause. Well, my guess is he'll start with that letter signed by Mikey releasing 2 million shares to him. aznt filings were not current at time of agreement Well, that's AZNT's problem, isn't it? so we see when injunction & restraining order extends to dtc freeze will be lifted stock returned & shareholders can demand physical delivery of stock. No, we won't see that at all, not if we're talking, as you suggest, merely about an exension of the current injunction to include the DTC. What will happen in that case? Nothing whatsoever. Despite your claims to the contrary, the injunction as it stands does not order that that stock in question be placed in the custody of the court. And there are number of other issues that will, I think, come into play quite soon.
