I think your concerns about QWST being squeezed into a subordinate image by virtue of a relationship with AOL are understandable but misplaced. Ultimately what will determine the public's perception of QWST is its profits. If the profits are huge, the public will like QWST just fine, thank you, and its stock price will soar accordingly. A relationship with AOL would, I suspect, contribute mightily to profits, especially if QWST's huge bandwidth capability allows AOL to offer even more impressive services and capabilities.

I think AOL/QWST is a win-win situation for both companies and in the long run will benefit both hugely.

Not that I have any expertise at all in this area. I'm just one more small investor hoping to make his fortune in QWST. Hope I'm right!
