Somewhat off topic, but not really.............................
As I read exchanges between Lucky & others, think about Jon being
forced to get the SEC involved to learn that CCEE will hold their annual shareholders meeting on 12/23 in FLORIDA, & watch DCTC's recent
price action----- I start to think about the importance of CAUTION &
lack of emotion in investing. I have become a lot more of a mistrustful person than I used to be. I will never again put full
faith in what anyone says again. I sincerely hope Joe Murphy is an
honorable person, but I have no way of really knowing cause I don't
know the man. I remember when many of us had faith in CCEE mgt, in
great part due to the reports of their paid publicist Richard West.
For all these reasons, and my own disillusioning experience working
for the state, I go out of my way to be very methodical in investing
decisions. I haven't bought a whole lot of DCTC (yet). Instead of
buying on dips, maybe it is an appropriate time for some to consider
holding off until the quite period ends. Yes, this might result in
lost gains, but it also might result preservation of capital. I have many friends from an old unlamented board who I would just hate
to see hurt again. I intend to see exactly what the meaning of all
the volatility of late is about before any further investment decision
on this company. Joe, I hope you are the person everyone thinks you
are and I wish very, very good fortune for all investors.
