Does anyone have the hard numbers for stores stocking the device? I plan on heading out to the local Best Buy and ask how many RIO's are in stock. It is a very crude estimate but based on the number of stores they own, it gives me an idea of initial orders. Just knowing huge chains like Best Buy are carrying the RIO gives me renewed confidence in my "crazy" prediction of run to 8 at the release and 12 by Christmas.

Before you flame me, ask yourself how many upper middle class joggers are in the county? 1 million? If 5% of them buy the RIO that is 50k unit sales. Now what is the profit margin on this device? Let's just throw out 20% or $40 per unit. That would mean 2 million in profits. Now let's say another 50K teenagers can get their parents to buy them one. That would add another 2 million. If DIMD even comes close to these numbers the stock could trade back to it's upper 52 week range. Just hoping...
