A bold stroke by Wendell, indeed. CA's price target of $49.50 may take a full two weeks to reach. Give Wendell a raise! He must be a full year out of grad school by now and, with calls like this one, is definitely worthy of a new Porsche.

I see also CA bought another small services firm (300+ head count) today. They're setting the table for a blockbuster 1999. I'm setting my own 12 month price target on CA of $87.50. Pre-split.
