CIBC cuts Repap stake to 3.52 pct

WASHINGTON, Nov 23 (Reuters) - CIBC Oppenheimer Corp. said on Monday it
reduced its stake in coated groundwood paper company Repap Enterprises
Inc. to 3.52 percent, or 26,190,600 common shares, from 6.61 percent, or
49,070,800 shares.

In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, New York
City-based CIBC said it sold 33,826,700 shares from November 10-16 at
prices ranging from $0.0522-$0.0662 per share.
