Freddie,

I expect the stock price will rise in anticipation of the shareholders
meeting. Only because it is a familiar pattern for stocks to rise
just before a meeting. I expect there will be NO surprises from this
meeting. Arif is still major stockholder. He is in control. No need
for any voting. As majority shareholder (if he didn't sell everything he had into the open market), he has complete control of the company.
Just look at his string of hirings and firings over the last year.
Three different presidents, etc. I bet his daughter and the
son are elected to board positions along with the guy who does the
10 minute lube jobs and the mechanic who changes tires and refills the
lubricating machine.
