im going to be switching my account after this holiday weekend.. Their back at it again today however.. I put in an order to buy COOL.. current price was 32.. well, the order was sent to the market maker the second I put it in supposedly but it filled at 35 1/16.. and here is the FUNNIER part of this story.. I put in a sell when it hit 35, once again this order went right to the market maker- the stock held 35-36 for about 10 minutes before dropping.. Where did I fill? at 32 1/16.. wow.. I do about 20-30 trades a day, and you would think they would want to keep me happy? hell..

and what is their response? we are sorry but your trade stays as is.. The market makers for internet stocks cannot handle the volume and reserve the right to fill at the best possible price in a reasonable time frame (30 minutes).. Boy.. I wonder how those market makers at DELL deal with it every day????

someone is making money. Someone is raping mom and pop. this is really really sad ameritrade...
