Lets not do battle here. Just do some simple research. Call the company, and ask for all historical published financials. Included is the statement of cash flows, which shows in the last published period flat cash flow and no debt. The extrapolate the new business, either InvestorReach or MarketReach using average revenue per customer, margins and new capital investment required to support the business. The information you are looking for is available. It is not published with the SEC, but is available from the company. You will find the objective answers to many of your questions. jmt
