I'm not so sure about that. Look again at BRKT. It hit a high in mid October of about 42. It has consistently fallen since then to a very recent low of about 20. Despite a nearly 50% decline in three months, it's QRS never fell below 80! I really begin to wonder about the usefulness of QRS if a stock that has so obviously been in an extended correction for three months still ranks over 80 the whole time. In my eyes the IBD ranking seems to reflect reality much better (at least in this case).
