this has plagued me for months.... there are reportedly 24M in O/S...which I confirmed with the T/A...shortly after I bought... Calkins told me that::: he owns 12M shares... 2M owned by the board of directors... 4.2 M tied up in litigation....(not supposed to be tradeable) 2M held by close family and friends.... which leaves 2M in the float.... HOWEVER..... since I've owned stock...there was a 'hostile' shareholder who dumped 320K shares, another who dumped 500K with the probability of dumping another 500K (he got his shares through a financing deal) and then there's reportedly 2M shares between the two PR firms...to which these are commonly not restricted (industry standard)....Calkins has vowed to buy 1M shares on the open market....so.... what's the math come out to somewhere around 5M shares....(my guess it's a little higher because of the trading patterns... my guess is 6-10M..which is still do-able)
