I got a call from the investor relations department representative today--- I spoke with Richard Rosenthal about Beks future. He said that they were very undervalued right now. He believes that they have an excellent product and have a contract with a Costa-Rica company and plan to open another plant in South Africa in the near future. The only drawback he said about their products is that they come frozen-- requiring those who purchase their products to supply refrigeration as opposed to powdered mix where all you do is add water. With the 5-year lifespan of the product, and the overall reduced overhead for producing frozen yogurt, he anticipates that they will be very profitable and become a fully reporting company. The reason for their low price, according to Rosenthal, is because of the lack of a solid public relations and marketing department which they are staffing up as we speak to get the word out about their product.
