God has not instructed me to prove anything to anyone. What He has done is instructed me to spread the truth about Him. One's effort should not be expended in trying to prove Jesus lived, but I think if you look at a small group of disciples huddled in an upper room after Jesus' crucifixtion, hiding from the Jews in fear of their life, then changing to challenge them in the Temple and continuing on under persecution and threat of death to preach the Gospel, you would ask, "what caused the change?, The answer is very simply this, a resurrected Jesus appeared to them with instructions to preach the gospel. They obeyed.

Sam, look at it this way, you don't believe Jesus lived but history records that He did. You don't believe Jesus rose from the dead, but He did. Just because a person doesn't believe something, doesn't mean it isn't true. For example, at one time in history people didn't think the world was round. Man, were they wrong, yet they staunchly defended their idea.

Jesus is alive Sam, get on the salvation boat to heaven or br left behind.
