Pat, it is good to keep in mind the todays deal is on the top of the previously announced contract at spring 1998 (220+ mil british pounds=570$ cdn).I hope we should hear soon about C&W push into US market.Recently they bougth MCI internet services, which most likely will be consolidated on ATM platform.
