Greg, I totally agree. My problem with AOL in the past was their technology or lack thereof. Buying nscp changed everything. And, msft is clearly weakened in the browser wars with this recent DOJ stuff. Most everyone I know still prefers netscape and if it werent for the OEM practices at msft IE would be an also-ran. I still doubt the nscp management, after all Andreesen sold literally all of his shares in nscp (too bad for him ha ha), and I think nscp should have been the premiere portal but at any rate this merger puts a better mgmt team in control of nscp... I couldnt be happier.

I couldnt believe the people here over the weekend that thought this was bad news for the internet sector. But Im new in this space so I thought Id watch the story unfold before opening my big mouth for a change <gg>. Your perceptions are right on, imo.
