Darrell -- haven't heard from you for awhile re: TMAR. Are you still in?

On Oct. 8th you posted: "TMAR stated that earnings would be $.20 to $.30 with a $.01 for weather related problems during the quarter. if they deliver the high end, the market should reward them. even earnings of $.20 do not deserve this low stock price."

After the earnings debacle, I asked you for the source of this information, and you responded: "Stephen. a direct quote from Tom Green, which was given about one week prior to the note (i'd need to look up my phone log). i certainly can't explain why they'd say this and report such different numbers (and load their drydocking costs in one quarter as opposed to amortizing it (one option)). if he told this to me, he most likely told others as well - apparently a reason for some analysts not to lower estimates below $.25. needless to say, T. Green didn't return my phone calls yesterday. he's generally good about returning calls, so i suspect i'll speak to him today and question him regarding the discrepancy."

I don't think we've heard back from you about your conversation with Mr. Green on this matter. I'm curious about Mr. Green's response to your inquiry.

Also, there was a lot of talk about TMAR insiders not being able to purchase shares prior to earnings release. Does anyone know if these "fire-sale" prices have inspired any of the company hire-ups to ante up now that the restrictions are no longer in effect?
