MSFT owns most of its content while YHOO buys theirs. MSNBC is better than Yahoo news. Carpoint, Home Advisor, and Expedia are far better than YHOO's comparable oferings. Why do you not see where MSFT cannot outdo YHOO in content, especially since MSFT's content is orginal where Yahoo is simply an aggregator that is succeptible to commodity style ubiquity in its content.
