All legit, I have serious doubts on any buy-out. If so it would be at a hell of a premium-somone correct me but is SPLS or ODP worldwide? look at the brick and mortar of them. The street never liked the fact that CEXP turned to inward growth-strategy and stopped the aquisition frenzy among other reasons so all the momentum people bailed, the CEO runs this like a company firstnot an analyst love fest and I personally like that- Mory Ejabat w/ASND is another one. As far as the delivery unit -jury is out on that- long term I see a fit. Need to get someone to run it mentaly as a stand alone under the CEXP umbrella. If that doesn't come to be-wack it regards DHB
