Add to that the latest acquisition and the means necessary to finance it I specifically asked Calkins about this and he told me that the shares were all restricted that were issued for the acquisition.... that they would be restricted for 4 YEARS and prior to that they would be restricted for 1 YEAR waiting for "proof" that the company would generate the revenues it claims to...so, ultimately the shares issued for this one acquisition are restricted for 5 YEARS.
