Perhaps the shares issued to CTM Automated are, but not the shares issued to secure the financing. That is my understanding. Current float according to the TA is 9,930,255. Restricted is 12,480,000. Total Outstanding is 22,410,255. He said they haven't locked up 4 million shares nor have they heard of them. But that doesn't mean that Calkins couldn't have done it unofficially by withholding the certificates. Prov
