<There is a huge difference between push technology and a download of programs.> Reid, I don't totally agree with that. The slower speed of the Wavephore-method of download would be acceptable since it doesn't tie up the phone line. Also, push technology creates a lot of temporary files. One of the neat features of Quarterdeck Cleansweep is it's "Safe and Fast Disk Cleanup"; it's amazing how just a little bit of browsing will download megs of cache files and other stuff. Dave
