I was expecting NOVL to rally into the close. Interesting that it isn't, even considering a weak market.

Great editorial in the WSJ today by George Melloan.

Talks about how interest rates like the 30 year mortgage rate have risen since Greenspan started easing.

And how banks are actively tightening "lending practices" to business (as detailed in a Fed survey last week).

No wonder the money being created is flowing into stocks.

Nowhere else to go.
