Yeah, that quote was very appropriate. I agree with Smooth on the top tier companies. YHOO, AMZN, and AOL seem to be the best companies at what they do... They are ridiculously overpriced, of course, but, when the rest of the companies crash and burn, they will most likely be the ones left standing.

My $0.02 on when and why the internut companies will fall: I think that the dow topping 10K will bring about a large correction - it could happen just before the 10K mark. At that time, a large portion of these stocks (EWBX, MALL, etc.) will really get trashed. When will it happen? Well, I think it will be in late January. (Probably around earnings time...) I'm guessing that we'll have at least a 400 point correction and possibly as much as a 600 point correction over a couple of days. Anybody caught still holding the 'junk.com' stocks will be hurt pretty badly.

What do you guys think? Is 10K a good resistance point?
