FWIW - I played PUG - I know the buy of 5k at .215 was recorded at 10:21 - I sold it at .245 for a net $100 after fees. Scotia I know it aint like the big shooters but I can only watch the screen some of the time and thus only risk a little. I was momentarily first in line when the bid hit .19 ( after the low of the day) No fillsy. Lots of CDN action today - ARP, BII PHV ACA to name few I follow
