I think some of the discussion involves other uses for the "Wavephore method" of transfer, since PC content is ultimately based on files. My feeling is that the current Wavetop is nice, but not what Wavephore can really be. I bought some shares not because of Wavetop, but for what I think they can do to transmit data, not shape it's content.

Which is why I didn't mind paying $5 for a share; at this price I can afford to wait. I think the Dow's getting too pricey, but Wavephore will do fine if they can demonstrate a vision of the next step of their datacasting. It's easy for me to make the distinction between the stock and the stock market; I'm sure there are investors here who are frustrated with the market's bull run and Wavephore's lack of participation. They may need deeper pockets, like Microsoft's, to realize this, though.
