Steve, S&P rate the stock, 3 buy, 3 hold. Giving it a hold accumulate rating. Another indicator which boasts 67% accuracy is the Nuropro. The state BUY, with the comments that CLE outpaces its industry group. CLE has been boasting about there Chrismas sales and came through, and they have been boasting about their fiscal year, which I am sure will have a good EPS. It is just going to take time for the market to regain interest in the retail sector.
