Carl, definitely true on the market saturation. I have 3 stores within 20 minutes of my house with the closest at about 10 and I refuse to go there on Sat. or Sun. mornings. Lowes just opened a store across the street from the one I use and their parking lot is empty in comparison.
Of course, I live in Atlanta, not North Wilkesboro.
