Dear Chiu Chi and All:

I hold 1500 shares of BOCI, the largest holding in my 12-issue
portfolio, excluding a few mutual funds. I fully understand your
frustration. I do not know where BOCI will be at in the next few
weeks. However, I have not found convincing evidence regarding the
company's fundamentals that justifies BOCI's current price level
of $8. I still think this is a $20+ stock and expect to see BOCI to
recover and approach that level after its new products hit the market.

When I buy a stock, I hope my investment to double in a month or two.
In most cases, however, that is only a wishful thinking. In reality if
your investment can grow by 50% in a year, you are a very successful
investor. I picked 12 stocks two months ago. This portfolio has
grown nearly 30% so far. BOCI is the only big short term loser,
down by 35% at $8 now. (My second short term loser is NETM, down
by 6% so far) I would like to emphasize that (1) BOCI is a short term
loser but may reward patient investors later and (2) diversification
is crucial, especially for investors who cannot stand short term loss.

Hanging there and wish you the best of luck.

Regards,

Shanzi Ke
