as to nscp being stolen by aol, ask the following:

1. short of other takeover, what would stock value of nscp likely be by march/april if aol had not bought it ?

2. where will nscp stock price likely be by march/april as it tracks path of aol, a proven mover now stronger than ever because of the impending takeover ?

It seems to me that there's a method to barksdale's apparent generosity that may sweeten the deal stockholders that stay the course over that in-between period -- assuming aol fares as well as in recent past.

Notwithstanding, it would have been better if ebay or amzn bought nscp instead -- like five business days ago (smile)
