It could be for various reasons (tax loss, etc....). Now we know why there was extremely high volume and a price drop around that time. It is too bad a reason is not given, but maybe some digging will bring an answer. If it were for the tax reason, they would be able to purchase more on December 16 or 17th.

I may call TD Asset Management and do a little investigation tomorrow, if they will give me any clues. What I want to now is if Repap is included in any mutual fund they have. If not, they may be accumulating for someone.
