A new first, for me. As much as it pains me I must agree with Robert S. Get a grip, he is correct. Probably a new first, also!

But, bluegreen, I must admit that if the data available to XOMA showed that total deaths were higher or perhaps even just as high as expected for meningococcemia patients I doubt they would step up hiring. They still might consider the Bermuda option, but not sure they would.

In addition we will all be getting a prospectus which will contain a lot of information on everything, not just the proposal to incorporate in Bermuda. XOMA has its' plants and headquarters in California. But it is a Delaware Corporation because the laws of Delaware made it more attractive to incorporate there than in California. Now apparently there are advantages to changing the place of incorporation. Considering such action is in no way a negative. I will read the prospectus and decide how to vote afterwards.
