Several years ago, a going thing was a small business incubator. Wonder if there would be money in an on-line incubator/portal, linking the various services a small business might need (legal, liability, tax, clerical help - thru e-mail, fax & voice coms). Maybe could be organized as a group of small businesses, each with its own site, linked through a common portal to provide services to each other as well as market their services to outsiders.
