"[w]e are in tax loss season"...agreed...so got any ideas?... While this should not come as any great revelation, not only do I think we are in tax loss season, but I forecast that this season won't conclude until the end of this December. Now, having said all that, has anyone here read any articles regarding particular companies that may be more susceptible to this pressure over the remaining few weeks of the year? Here's one example that I don't like as a short: Cendant, it seems that it has too much in the way of fundamentals, but....
