No Hype, Just Opinion

I made the buyout post for no reason other then I believe there is a high probability of that happening...that's know as my opinion, not hype. I post here very infrequently, but have
done so only when I had an honest opinion (there's that word again). I happen to prefer that would be no buyout, but believe the chances are good for one...which is why I made the
post in the first place. I have been long on HDIE since the beginning and plan to stay that way...it's far from being my retirement program, but I do have a decent position in HDIE (of
course that's always a relative thing). What cracks me up about this page is that opinions that don't meet someone else's plans for how things should go, are always rejected as hype,
whatever they may be...good or bad most of the time.
Well, say what you wish, I think that the stage is set for a buyout and you may not...that's why they race horses isn't it? But either way, I believe we will all win with stock, it's just a
matter of time and circumstances. If HDIE stumbles before it gets out of this $3 hole it's in...it could take an much longer time then any of us had thought...and there will be plenty of
us wishing that a $7 to 10 buyout had taken place back when.
NOT HYPE, Just some honest discussion about a very real possibility, for very good business reasons on HBOC's part. In the last 3 years HBOC has bought out some 73
companies, many of whom have had as much significance to their long term strategy as HDIE has right now, on the strength of Cloverleaf alone. This is not a company that is shy
about buying what they want or need and HDIE is becoming a key piece of their strategy. If EMerge is added to the package, it is my belief that they will take HDIE out...so if we
see a PR about HBOC committing to EMerge, don't be surprised to read about the buyout shortly there after. Or the buyout announcement could precede any announcement of them
committing to EMerge, because they may just make that move first.
But that's just my OPINION...no need to agree or disagree, but remember you read it here first.
