UG,

I'm new to QP2 as of about April. Prior to that I chimed in on this thread numerous times about my need for option quotes. We had many exchanges on the subject, some with Gary and most with others. It was clear that Gary did not see a need to offer this, even at a premium price. I B'd and M'd about it, but got no sympathy.

Gary did say at one time that he may offer options on a symbol by symbol basis from a bulletin board arrangement. I may be way off on this as memory fails when you reach age 162 <g>. I dropped my former data supplier about a month later (who provided option histories).

Since then I've been a very happy camper with QP2 and I found out I don't need all that option price history... even a little bit. I can track option prices on the CBOE site and at Wall Street City (and others) with ease. If I'm actually in a position, I can get instant updates from the brokerage site.

Unless you plan to use the option info a whole lot different than I thought I needed, you may want to rethink your real need for it. Just MHO!

Ken
