The answer is GBIT is in a death spiral. The convertible financing is killing the company. Read the 10Q it's all there. A lot of the warrants that had a warrant price of $3 and above are now $1 warrants. Global has done nothing but print stock every time they need money. The only hope now is that the IGHS merger goes through. I afraid that will allow the management to pump up the price to dump more share on the market. I will depend on who gets control IGHS or GBIT.
