<Using 60,000,000 shares outstanding> an unrealistic assumption..you are at 57MM and growing in leaps and bounds.Need I remind you of the 20MM registered shares for employee comp,6mm 144's for the acquisition,144's from previous agreements,and the convertible debenture with as yet undisclosed terms?How many options were out there before the recently 20mm filed comp shares?...DD
PS: these aren't assumptions,they are facts..the divisors
