According to yahoo there has not been any insider selling since August. The latest earnings were excellent and if they keep this up the stock will go above 2 and stay there. I can't help but think there might be something to the rumors about a suitor (MIGHT?). The following description of Yahoo Dan's conversation with Pacer's Jim Munn might indicate something is brewing ( MIGHT?) "......There was one interesting thing he kept saying repeatedly.....He said he was working hard to enhance shareholder value. He even said he was frustrated after twelve years of increasing sales and earnings and that the stock had only gone up 2% a year to show for it. He said he was bound and determined to increase shareholder value. When we finished talking he closed with the statement "I want to make you a lot of money as a shareholder." ....."
